Pregnancy Options and Support

The Sexual Health Clinic offers free counselling to help you understand your options and find the assistance and services that you will need once you make your decision. The first step is to find out for sure by taking a pregnancy test. 

Pregnancy test options: 

  • Make an appointment with your health care professional 
  • Take a home pregnancy test 
  • Call for an appointment at the Sexual Health Clinic at 1-877-442-1212 

Options Counselling 

It is common to experience a  range of emotions, including fear and anxiety, during this time. Talk to someone you can trust such as your partner, a  family member, a doctor, a  teacher, a  nurse, or a  friend. 

The Sexual Health Clinic can refer you for prenatal care and terminations. All pregnancy options including parenting, abortion, and adoption are discussed with clients.
